Overview
Working with Health Advocate, our team set out to build two products concurrently. Both aimed to innovate in the Healthcare industry by alleviating pain points that both EAP employees and members face. Taking fragmented processes that left users overwhelmed and in the dark, and bringing the users’ experience to the forefront of both products.
